David James Archuleta, an American pop singer-songwriter, best selling author, occasional actor and Teen Choice Awardee, is finishing up a new album called "The other side of Dawn"  which is set to release on October 5th.


David made video blog to let his fans know that he is putting the finishing touches on his upcoming album.

" Hello, guys! It's David here. I'm just finishing up the last song on my album and it's been quite cool, crazy to last a little while, it's been like...ooohhh..but i think it's the last day I'm gonna work on it...I’m a space cadet today. Stoked about getting all these songs for the album finalized! We’re sooo close. Going to be doing some radio station visits this coming week. time to introduce some new David music. Jill Scott is awesome.”
